We moved from Shenzhen to a purpose-built site in Dongguan in September 2020, with more automation, cleaner workshops and room to grow.2020 年 9 月由深圳搬到東莞自建廠房，自動化程度更高、車間更潔淨，亦預留咗擴充空間。

Incoming check and racking來貨點數及掛架
Parts are counted, inspected and mounted on fixtures by hand.來貨點數、檢查，再人手逐件掛上治具。

Automated cleaning全自動清洗
A 4.5-hour programmed cycle on one of six lines, so every batch is cleaned the same way.六條清洗線之一，4.5 小時程式化清洗，每批貨洗法一致。

Class 10,000 cleanroom萬級無塵車間
Each cleaning line exits straight into a dust-free workshop, with no exposure in between.清洗線出口直接連接無塵車間，中途唔會沾塵。

PVD coatingPVD 真空鍍膜
Automated programmes on 132+ vacuum chambers keep colour stable from batch to batch.132 台以上真空爐，以自動程式控制，批次之間顏色穩定。

Inspection and colour check外觀檢查及對色
Every lot is checked by eye and against the approved colour card, and measured for Lab values.每批貨都做外觀檢查，對照批核色差卡，並量度 Lab 值。

Packing and dispatch包裝出貨
Full plating ships in 3–5 days, two-tone in 7–10 days.全電 3–5 天出貨，間電 7–10 天。

Quality品質
Colour you can sign off on.顏色有標準，品質有數據。
Every colour has an approved card with upper and lower limits, and every lot is measured against it. Then we test the coating to the standards your QA team uses.每隻顏色都有批核色差卡，訂明上下限，每批貨都對照量度。之後再按客人品質部採用嘅標準測試鍍層。
The same case in six standard colours. Each colour is held to its own approved card, so the hundredth batch matches the first.同一款錶殼，六隻標準色。每隻顏色都按各自批核嘅色差卡生產，第一百批同第一批一樣。
