Manufacturing & Quality生產與品質
One plant, from cleaning line to coated part.由清洗到出貨，全部喺同一間廠完成。
Six automated cleaning lines feed Class 10,000 cleanrooms and 132+ PVD chambers. Every lot is checked against its colour card and tested in our own lab.六條自動清洗線直接連接萬級無塵車間同 132 台以上 PVD 爐。每批貨都對照色差卡檢查，並喺自設實驗室測試。

DLC and hard ion plating up to 1,800 HV, PVD on PEI plastic and ceramic, and 17 patents from our own R&D team.DLC 同硬質離子鍍硬度高達 1,800 HV，可以喺 PEI 膠同陶瓷上做 PVD，研發團隊擁有 17 項專利。
