Gold is essential to our production. We care about the human rights of everyone in our supply chain, and we are taking steps to make sure our suppliers do not, even unknowingly, source tantalum, tin, tungsten or gold (3TG) that funds armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or its neighbouring countries.黃金係我哋生產必需嘅金屬。我哋關注供應鏈上所有人嘅人權，並採取措施，確保供應商唔會（即使無意中）採購資助剛果民主共和國（DRC）及鄰近國家武裝組織嘅鉭、錫、鎢、金（3TG）。

1. In line with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act, we investigate the origin of the 3TG in our products and report the process and results.按《多德－弗蘭克法案》第 1502 條，調查產品所用 3TG 嘅來源，並報告調查過程及結果。
2. We work closely with suppliers to identify 3TG in the supply chain and correct issues and sources where needed.與供應商緊密合作，識別供應鏈中嘅 3TG，有需要時修正問題及來源。
3. We expect our 3TG suppliers to carry out due diligence and provide source documentation for their materials.要求 3TG 供應商進行盡職調查，並提供物料來源證明。
4. We expect our partners to share this commitment, in line with our social accountability system.按我哋嘅社會責任制度，期望合作夥伴共同遵守呢項承諾。
